Owner & Instructor
Over 24 years of Law Enforcement experience and still loving every minute of it! Half of my career has been spent in narcotics and criminal investigations. I have a true passion for working narcotics as well as training our men and women in Law Enforcement. I look forward to each training course we present and the input from our attendees.

Larry Plotkin
Firearms/Surveillance Lead
Larry has a plethora of experience spanning over 28 year in law enforcement. He is one of the original instructors from the beginning of I.N.I.T. and the Methamphetamine Lab epidemic. Larry's is an the expert in many areas including our firearms and surveillance related courses.

Brian Atkinson
Hazmat Tech Specialist
Brian is also one of our original instructors at the conception of I.N.I.T. Brian is an Expert in First Responder areas on the Fire/Medical side. He is a Hazmat Tech and is a very important part of the I.N.I.T. team!
